To revive this community.

Starting Sunday (6-29-08) I am going to keep track of food and exercise again along with weight and blood pressure. I'm going to sit down tonight after work and figure out goals as well as what I want to do.

considering I ate kinda bad Thursday and Friday I'll take it. At least eating bad was only dinner, I still got in my veggies and water and stuff.

Okay, getting back on the wagon again. My weight this morning was back up to about 163. Granted that was after breakfast, but still, thats the wrong direction.

2 lbs is better then no pounds! I really wasn't expecting to have any sort of loss, if anything, I was expecting at least another 1 lb gain especially since I started my period on Friday but it's a start, right.. The important thing is to keep track of it all. Now, 219 is usually where I plateau and stay anytime I try to lose weight so we'll see if I can get past the 219 for this week. That's the goal, anyway.

I know I need to keep better track of what I eat, but at least the exercise seems to have helped. I'll try to get back into the habit of posting food!
